01Introduction
I lead delivery practices inside government. Big problems, short timelines, and constraints, run as one connected system rather than separate phases.
I am Acting Executive Director, Forward Delivery within the Government of Alberta's Digital Design and Delivery division, working across health, social services, education, and shared services portfolios. Before this it was public sector, energy, social services, and transportation, more than 20 years building design and delivery capability in places where it didn't exist yet.
The work is three connected pieces, not separate phases: framing the problem before you solve it, delivering fast inside systems that don't like to move quickly, and building adoption in complex organizations.
AI now runs through the middle of that work. I use it to get from research to working software faster than I used to, and I spend real time helping teams use it well rather than letting it make their work worse.
